A Important Vendors Not

We put a lot of heart into promoting our events and creating a welcoming experience for both vendors and the community. Because every event is different, attendance and sales can vary, and we’re unable to guarantee a specific amount of foot traffic or sales. Your vendor fee reserves your space and gives you the opportunity to showcase your business, connect with the community, and be part of the event. We’ll do our part to spread the word and encourage the community to come out and support you! 🤎

Electricity

Do you require electricity?

Electricity must be requested in advance. Availability is not guaranteed unless confirmed by Southern Charm Events 4 U.

5% COMMUNITY DONATION

Giving back is an important part of our events.

All participating vendors agree to donate 5% of their gross sales from the event to the designated organization, charity, fundraiser, or community cause associated with that event.

The 5% donation is separate from your vendor registration fee and any electricity fee.

Example:

If your gross sales for the event are $500, your 5% community donation will be $25.

At the conclusion of the event:

Total Gross Event Sales: $____________

5% Community Donation: $____________

CLEAN-UP POLICY & $35 FEE

Every vendor is responsible for leaving their assigned space completely clean at the end of the event.

Vendors must remove all:

  • Trash and food waste
