Here at Southern Charm Events 4 U we want to make sure all of our vendors have what they need to attend our events. This includes the proper paperwork for the right permits. We offer our vendors our services to file and get what they need fast and easy, so they don't have to worry about anything.
How Does this Work?
1.You fill out the paperwork, and we file all the paperwork to the VDH (Virginia Department of Health). There is a $40 Application fee by VDH.
2.We contact the wright people for your Wast Papers
3.VDH contacts you to set up your appointment day for you to bring your food truck or trailer to do inspections.Â
4. You get your permit and you're done and ready to do any event in Virginia.
5. We give you all the paperwork that has been submitted and given to us to you by mail or in person. We do not keep anything on file.
6.We do charge a $20 Service fee for this.

ServSafe : Is required in the state of Virginia you have to have the ServSave Manager for the owner of the business and ServSafe Food Handler for those who work in your truck or tent.
